Thecosts for the return shipment are borne by the buyer. The items can be returned within 14 days.

Please report here your return with us. The return costs of €5.49 will be deducted from the refund amount. However, you also have the option of returning the goods at your own expense using a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, you will be refunded the full purchase amount.

Conditions for returns and exchanges:

• Please do not return your goods freight collect or uninsured, if this is the case we will have to charge you for the costs.
• Only goods that have been tried on for a size test can be returned. Worn or washed goods cannot be returned or exchanged. The goods must be properly packed.
• If possible, please use our shipping carton for returns
• Returns must be sent separately and cannot be bundled.
• The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the return shipment
