Conditions for returns and exchanges:

Please do not return your goods freight collect or uninsured, if this is the case we will have to charge you for the costs.
Only goods that have been tried on for a size test can be returned. Worn or washed goods cannot be returned or exchanged. The goods must be properly packed.
If possible, please use our shipping carton for returns
Returns must be sent separately and cannot be bundled.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the return shipment
